There is no exam called NEED. There is NID, which is specific to NID institute. For institutes accepting CEED you can click here https://www.shiksha.com/design/industrial-product-design/articles/colleges-accepting-uceed-2017-score-rank-for-admissions-seats-available-blogId-13132.

No, you can’t apply for IIFT. The eligibility for IIFT includes recognized Bachelor’s degree of at least 3 years.
