After class 10th, you cannot do fashion designing. You have to complete class 12th, then only you are eligible for fashion designing course be it Diploma course or a full time course.

If you want a course in footwear design and manufacturing in India with good placement then I'll prefer you to opt for the NID Ahmadabad as this is only best college for this course that can meet your expectations.

It will cost you around INR. 6.5 - INR. 7.0 lakhs for the whole course in this college for this course, but this college is best in class in all the other colleges offering same course in placements, faculty and infra.

For B.Des, you need to have 50% in 12th. Eligible candidates need to appear for the Entrance Exam conducted by the School of Design and Visual Arts, Apeejay Stya University.

I think you should go for mass communication. Because this field is very creative and you'll get a lot of exposure and field work.

B.Sc fee is Rs 2,66,000 for the entire course, M.Sc fees is Rs 2,07,000 and MBA fees is 1,86,000.
