Yes. You can. One of my students, after her B.Tech in IT, did her course in Fashion Designing. The eligibility for such courses is graduation to do Masters. On the basis of your 12th, you can so a bachelor's course but that would not be needed as you already possess an engineering degree.

Under design specialization, you can opt for courses like interior design, textile/ apparel, visual merchandising, footwear, fashion communication and styling, fashion technology, etc. It is always better to go for a course that interests you. I hope you will find this information helpful.

According to the admission criteria of Wisdom School of Management candidates interested can directly apply to the college for admission and the eligibility criteria is that candidates must have passed 10+2 from a recognized board.

Seems like you can pretty much get into any campus of your choice in NIFT. You could definitely try for either Mumbai or Delhi as they're the best.
