No, you don't have to write IICD exam to get admission in NIFT. NIFT has its own entrance exam that determines your admission in the institute. You can find the details here https://www.shiksha.com/design/exams/nift-entrance-exam.

I completed my 10th in 2017. I want to do a Diploma course in fashion designing of 1-year from JD institute. What is its fee structure?

The eligibility of the course is 10+2
Students can apply for prospectus and application and block seats by paying registration fees. For B.Sc. And M.Sc. Degree programs the applicant must qualify in a test conducted by the institute.

There will be Maths, English, GK & Current affairs and of course your Art which defines your creativity. These are the main subjects which come in the exams. For more details, you can go for NIFT's website.
