It's very difficult to take such decisions. I must congratulate you for this. About graduation, you can do it in either this field of your choice or in any other subjects based on 12th. Just download the brochure of IGNOU and you will be amazed at wide variety of subjects in which you can do graduation.

It is 65 thousand rupees per year if you want to pursue 1 or 3-year Diploma in FD and you need to pay 1 thousand rupees as the registration fee.

I don't know what 'good future' is. I think it is a good course to study in India, as we have so many traditional techniques of printing and at the same time we have a need for engineered fabric. Many foreign university actually offer courses for textile study in India.
