According to me the scope in both the fields is huge as one forms the backbone of the other, without cloth the final dress will never shape up and without designing it wont sell in the market.

You can go for a fashion designing course at a lower rate by checking to some good college sites like CHITKARA, LPU, GALGOTIA etc as you can either get scholarship based on your last course or you can apply for education loan also.

-> With interest in fashion designing, you may opt for degree, diploma or certificate courses. You may join the one which matches your interest and time availability.
-> To join the fashion design course, one needs to pass 12th (any stream) with 50%. One needs to appear in the entrance exam.

Dear Pooja, It is not required that you know a good english for appearing in fashion design courses and completing it. all you should have a interest in design and art. and fine arts. which is required utmost. you can also be a good designer.
