Yes, MDU Rohtak is very good for Food tech. It has quite a good reputation for food engineering and tech. Many students come here for their Masters in food technology here.

I haven't been able to get details about the placement record from this college however as per my knowledge I will not recommend you to get a degree from this university. The college has been claimed of issuance of fake degrees and manipulation of examination results. The fake degrees issued by the university, it is said, are being legalized by tampering with the original examination records. Hence, I will not recommend you to go for it.

Yes, you are eligible, as you have Bachelor degree. And, PG Diploma requires only Bachelor's degree. So, try to get in through legal procedure. All the best.

Expectations of salary depends upon the institution you opted for your Masters, the scope of Masters and the placements for that particular course. And average is about INR. 5 to 6 LPA.
