There are many universities that you can apply for. Some of them are like Engineering Institute of Technology, the University of Sydney, University of Southern Queensland, Australian National University, UOA. All these universities offer one or more than one Masters Courses in agricultural engineering.

Hello Aksh,
Food Technology and food nutrition both to me appear to the branches, which will be in great demand in the times to come. Food technology will be definitely required in future so that the increased crop production or the Horticulture production can be utilized gainfully without being waste. On the other hand food nutrition will be the demand of people so that they eat nutritious food to maintain their health. Hence I feel both branches have equal opportunities as the time goes on. In view of this I will recommend you to take admission in whichever the course you are getting admission. Best wishes to you.

B.Tech in Bio-informatics has a good research related opportunities in foreign universities. This field much more deals with statistics, maths, computer programs and of course biology. This field is of versatile nature and requires one to have multiple skill sets. As foreign universities focus more on research than Bio-Informatics is a good option to choose.
