Franklin University is in the US, whereas, Jamia is in Delhi. The tuition fees to study at Franklin Uni is around 12 lakh, whereas for JMI the fees is around INR 47k. So, students can complete their education in India when they study at JMI.

Yes, Franklin University is cheaper than Duke University. Duke University has a higher tuition fee than Franklin University. At Duke university, the undergraduate tuition and fees for the 2023-2024 academic year are USD 31,725 (INR 26,35,839) for Trinity College and Pratt Engineering. The annual tuition to attend Duke University is USD 58,085 (48,21,693) for both in-state and out-of-state students, with additional fees.
Whereas, The following are the tuition costs per credit for the 2023-2024 academic year at Franklin University:
Undergraduate: USD 398 (INR 33,038)
Graduate: USD 298 - 536 (INR 24,737 - 44,493)

The official website of the university does not provide a specific number of international students studying at Franklin University. However, the Office of International Students and Programs (OISP) at Franklin University supports hundreds of international students from over 60 countries located in the U.S. and abroad. In order to make it easier for students from abroad to pursue professional development or achieve an American college degree as an F1 student in the United States or online from outside the country, the university provides a wide selection of academic programmes and individualised services for international students.

Yes, an average Indian student can join Franklin University if they meet the admission requirements. The minimum scores are TOEFL- Overall 79, IELTS- 6.0 – 6.5, Cambridge- Overall 180, DET- overall 105.
