Yes there are bright career opportunities in the field of telecommunication .
If you have really interest in networking field then this is the finest career path you can choose after doing B.Tech in ECE.
You can join various Govt and private telecommunication services like BSNL/MTNL/Tata Indicom etc after doing the management course.
There are chances to join in the managerial posts and in the network manager post of telecommunication companies.

There are various Digital Media and Animation programs available in industry. These are offered by Government Colleges, Autonomous Institutes & Universities. Even Government of India has initiated Skill Development initiative. If you're creative, you can always consider going for Animation. To do a regular and full time program you may aspire for NID or IIT. However you may also evaluate skill development programs offered by leading institutes in India.
