If you have really interest in networking field then this is the finest career path you can choose after doing B.Tech in ECE.
You can join various Govt and private telecommunication services like BSNL/MTNL/Tata Indic

There are various Digital Media and Animation programs available in industry. These are offered by Government Colleges, Autonomous Institutes & Universities. Even Government of India has initiated Skill Development initiative. If you're creative, you can always consider going for Animation.

Thereafter take campus placements, work for a while and gain reasonable experience. Once you personally feel ready to take the jump, pick E-MBA which is meant for work
