The section "A" of the GAT-B includes questions of 10+2 level in the subjects (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Biology). On the other hand, the GAT-B section "B" syllabus includes subjects (Basic Biology, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, and allied areas). Candidates must check the syllabus properly.

No, there is no change in the GAT-B 2025 syllabus. Candidates can prepare for the exam based on the subject-wise syllabus shared by the exam conducting authorities on the official website.

The National Testing Agency will conduct the GAT-B 2025 on April 20, 2025. The mode of the exam is online (computer-based test). The exam will be conducted in one session from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm. Candidates appearing for the exam must download their GAT-B 2025 admit card from the official website.

The mode of the GAT-B 2025 application form is online. The National Testing Agency has released the GAT-B application on Feb 3 and the last date to submit the application form is March 3, 2025. Candidates willing to apply must visit the official website and submit the application form before the due date.

No, foreign nationals cannot apply for GAT B-2025 exam. The exam is only applicable for Indian nationals.

The Graduate Aptitude Test for Biotechnology is open for Indian Nationals who meet the following eligibility criteria -
- Candidates must be Indian nationals.
- Candidates must have a bachelor's degree from a recognised university/institute with a minimum qualifying mark of 60% and 55% for reserved category candidates.
- Candidates must be under 28 years of age as of the application form last date.
- A relaxation of 5 years is applicable for reserved category and three years relaxation for women candidates
