Candidates can find the GAT-B exam dates on its official website - exams.nta.ac.in/DBT or nta.ac.in. According to last year, online registrations for GAT-B will be made available in February first week.

Natiional Testing Agency will conduct GAT-B 2026 exam in April (expected). The dates for entrance test will be updated on official website. Candidates who have registered for exam must reach centre one hour before mentioned exam date and time.

The last date to submit the GAT-B 2025 application form is March 3, 2025 (11:50 pm). The mode of the application form is online. Candidates must submit only one application form. More than one application submission can lead to rejection of the admission process.

Candidates qualifying GAT-B can offer admission to the following courses -

  • MTech in Biotechnology 
  • MSc in Biotechnology 
  • MSc in Agriculture Biotechnology 
  • M.V.Sc. Animal Biotechnology

The selection will be based on the GAT-B scores and final admission process. Candidates must check the information bulletin carefully before applying.

No, the GAT-B application form has to be filled online only. To apply, candidates must visit the official website of NTA or dbt2025.ntaonline.in. Before filling out the application form, candidates must go through the instructions and GAT-B information bulltein 2025 carefully to avoid any mistakes.

No, there is no age restriction to apply for GAT-B 2025 exam. However, the applicants must meet the required educational qualifications as prescribed by the conducting authority - National Testing Agency.

The official website to apply for GAT-B 2025 is  - dbt2025.ntaonline.in. The National Testing Agency conducts the exam annually and has activated the application form link on the official website. Candidates meeting the criteria can fill out the GAT-B application form online from February 3 to March 3, 2025.

GAT-B, also known as Graduate Aptitude Test Biotechnology is a national-level entrance examination that offers admission to Department of Biotechnology supported Post Graduate Programmes in Biotechnology and allied areas in participating institutions. The National Testing Agency conducts the GAT B and BET exam every year.

How to Make Corrections in GAT-B Application Form 2024? NTA will commence the correction facility at the official website after the completion of the GAT-B application form 2025. Candidates who made any mistake at the time of filling the application form will be able to make corrections through the correction facility.

No, after your admission card has been sent, you are not going to be able to switch exam cities. After the GAT B admission card for the year 2024 is issued, students cannot change their exam location according to the NTA (National Testing Agency). It is not permitted to make any alterations to the exam center, not even when it is in the correction facility. As a result, you must be sure to get to the testing location at least 60 minutes before the test starts. Even during the rectification period, there will be no option to switch exam locations.
