The National Testing Agency releases GAT-B exam pattern along with exam dates and official notification. The entrance test is conducted once a year. The mode of entrance test is online with a time duration of three hours. The question paper has two sections- with basis of physics, chemistry, biology, biotechnology, allied sciences, etc.

The NTA releases GAT-B exam pattern in official notification. Time duration of Graduate Aptitude Test in Biotechnology is three hours and is conducted online. Students interested in applying for GAT-B exam must be aware of paper pattern of GAT-B.

The National Testing Agency will provide the GAT B exam pattern 2025 on the official website. Candidates appearing in the exam are advised to go through the marking scheme. For GAT B exam section A applicants will get one mark for correct answer while 0.5 mark will be deducted for wrong answer. For GAT B section A three marks will be awarded for correct answer and one mark will be deducted for wrong answer. In case of BET exam candidates will get three marks for correct answer while one mark will be deducted for wrong answer.

GAT-B question paper will comprise MCQs with four options out of which only one will be correct. Candidates will have to select only one option. There are no theory-based questions asked.

Yes, the exam pattern of GAT B and BET varies. There will be a total of 160 questions in GAT B exam while BET exam will have 200 questions. Applicants have to attempt 60 questions out of 100 in GAT B section B while a total of 50 questions need to be attempted in BET exam section B. The marking schemes for GAT B and BET exam also varies as per the sections.

National Testing Agency will conduct the GAT B 2025 exam in English language only. Candidates are not allowed to change the language of GAT B exam. The exam will not be conducted in regional language. To get verse with the GAT B exam scheme 2025, candidates are advised to practice mock tests. It helps candidates to understand the scheme of the exam and other parameters.

NTA has released the GAT B/BET exam pattern 2025 in the official notification. As per the paper scheme, GAT B exam section A will have 60 questions while section B will have 100 questions. All the questions asked in GAT B section will be compulsory while candidates need to attempt only 60 questions out of 100 in GAT B section B. In the case of BET 2025 paper, section A will have 50 questions while section B comprises 150 questions. Applicants need to attempt all questions in BET section A while only

National Testing Agency mentions the GAT B exam cities in the official notification. The complete details of GAT B exam centres will be mentioned in the admit card. Successfully registered candidates will be able to download the GAT B admit card a few days before the commencement of the exam. The admit card will have all the details related to GAT B exam centres. Candidates will not be allowed to change in the GAT B exam centre after the submission of the application form.

No, NTA does not allow candidates to change their exam centres after issuing GAT B admit card 2025. Candidates have the option to select four exam centres while filling out the GAT-B 2025 application form. Making any changes in the exam centre will not be allowed even at the time of correction facility. Candidates are advised to arrive at the exam centre atleast 60 minutes before the commencement of the exam.
