Yes, AMIE degree holders can apply for GATE exam. In case a student is expecting to complete the qualifying criteria in 2020 or later as mentioned in the table, then he/she has to upload their Provisional Certificate Letter or a copy of marks card for Section A of AMIE, etc. ,because you have not completed your AMIE so far than you can submit AMIE Section-A mark sheet while applying for GATE exam.

Hi
No, GATE and net exams are not required to study law in madras law college after the graduation. The entrance exam is different. Please go through the prospectus provided by the college once.

GATE cutoff for interviews directly : 770/1000. However, this will not get you in, if there are better rank holders competing because the extra score will be weighed and added. For the written test, they do publish a cut-off, but greater than 40 people are shortlisted, out of which roughly 2022 are admitted ( Gen), so it is better not to look at the shortlist criteria. You will find the weightage of MMA PCB and Interviews in the website. I can speak for myself: 82/120 in MMA, attempted 84/100 in PCB computer Science. I think all of them were correct, but it is a subjective test, so what my exact score was is mere speculation. Interview

As per the eligibility for M.Tech, you must have done either Btech or (Bsc+Msc), then only you can apply for M.Tech program. Since you have done B.Sc in Biotechnology, you further need to pursue Msc in any specialisation of Biotechnology
Yes, you can do m.tech after b.sc in maths. sit for gate, score good and get admission to the college of your choice.
