As per the GATE cutoff 2025, the last round closing cutoff score was 360 for the OBC AI category candidates. Round 1 cutoff for the same course stood at 448. Therefore, taking in both rounds, students aiming for admission should secure a score of at least 360 or higher to be qualified for a seat at IIIT Vadodara DIU Campus.

Gate cutoff score for IIIT Vadodara DIU Campus admission 2025 for M.Tech in Artificial Intelligence was 505 in the first round and went down to a score of 415 during the last round, for the General Category AI quota. For the OBC category All India quota, the cutoff score ranged from 448 to 360. Students qualifying for the cutoff score have to sit for the CCMT counselling process for seat allocation to complete their admission process. If your score is 400 in the GATE 2025 Exam and you belong to the SC AI Category, your chances of getting admission to IIITM Gwalior are favourable. The cutoff score ranged from 256 to 380. With a score of 642 in GATE 2025, your chances of getting a seat at IIITDM Kurnool are excellent.
