PGCET is the entrance exams conducted for PG courses. M.Tech admissions through PGCET is just like any other exams, you will have to take up the exam in the stream of your choice, say computer Science or electronics or electrical. The results will be announced in the form of ranks. And allotment of seats are done online according to list of colleges given by you. There will be two rounds of seat allotment if you get allotted to the college of your preference, then you can proceed with the admissions, else you can go for the second round of allotment. The complete details about the procedure will be given to you once the documents are verified.
