As GATE score is 595 in the General category, the chances of getting a seat to M.Tech Computer Science and Engineering in top-tier (say) IIT is next to impossible because they cut off usually start at 700 or more. If your GATE score is nineteen, getting admission to top faculty members like IITs or NITs for M.Sc. Is very tough.

But you may strive for some private or country universities.

Some colleges additionally provide admission without GATE.

So, you still have possibilities in different schools through direct admission or their very own entrance checks.

Prioritize subjects that you're strong in, and ensure you master the General Aptitude section, which carries 15 marks. However, leaving large portions of the syllabus can lower your chances of qualifying. Strategic selection and smart revision can help maximize your score.

  • Go through and revise the core concepts as many times as possible.
  • Practice PYQs and mock tests regularly.
  • Do not touch any new topic in the last two months.
