Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) is an all India examination administered and conducted jointly by the IISC and 7 IITs every year. Here is the basic eligibility for pursuing M.Tech in Artificial Intelligence:
Minimum 60% marks at Higher & Senior Secondary level (10th & 12th)
B.Tech / BE in Mechanical / Chemical or M.Sc in Geology / Geo Physics withminimun 60% marks
For GATE applicants, their GATE score is given a 70% weightage, while for the others their BE or BTech scores receive 50% weightage; the balance percentage is determined through tests, with 10% weightage being given to experience in industry for students sponsored by industry.
As eligibility criteria and admission procedure may vary in different institutes as each institute have their own admission
