The Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati will release the GATE final answer key 2026 after the submission of the objections from the GATE provisional key. Candidates can access the answer key at the GOAPS portal using their enrollment ID and password. 

The provisional answer key of GATE 2025 was released on Feb 27 and the facility to raise objection was made available till March 1, 2025. Candidates can access the GATE 2025 final answer key on the GATE's official website - gate2025.iitr.ac.in.

Yes, GATE-qualified candidates can apply for Andhra Pradesh PGECET admission. Such candidates must provide their best GATE scores while filling out the Andhra Pradesh PGECET application form. Registrations are held online. Candidates who meet the criteria can visit the official website and submit the form before the deadline.

The difference between GATE total marks and cutoff are as follows -

GATE Total Marks-

It is the total marks in GATE to refer to the maximum marks a candidate can score in the exam. The GATE exam is conducted for 100 marks (each paper). 

GATE cutoff -

It is the minimum marks a candidate requires to qualify for the GATE exam. This can vary for different categories (General/OBC/EWS/SC/ST/PwD) and different branch or subject. Besides that, there are two types of cutoff- admission and qualifying.

Yes, 700 is a good score on the GATE exam. With a 700 score, you can get IIT Bombay, IIT Madras or IISc Bangalore. In fact, with a 700 GATE score, you can get into disciplines like civil engineering, electrical engineering, and biotechnology, depending on the availability of seats and other factors. The GATE cutoff scores will be released along with the results. Candidates can access to their results through GOAPS portal.

The expected GATE cutoff of civil engineering can be between 27 and 29.5. The GATE cutoff will be released along with the results. IIT Roorkee will release the GATE results on March 19, 2025. Candidates can acces their results using enrollment ID and password.
