Based on study, both colleges are excellent. Each was started in 2001. However, the highest compensation offered by GAT for placement is 10LPA and 26LPA for Sapthagiri College. In every discipline at Ans Sapthagiri College, placement rates are close to 70%.

But according to my opinion Sapthagiri college is more good than GAT.

Yes, candidates seeking admission to the B. Des programme need to appear in both the CAT and GAT written exams. Based on the scores of the written exams, the candidates will next be shortlisted for a Situation Test. The final merit list will be prepared by considering the performance of the candidate in the written exams and Situation Test. The CAT exam carries 50% weightage, GAT carries 30% weightage, while the Situation Test carries 20% weightage. It is mandatory for candidates to appear in all the stages of the exam to be included in the merit list.

The syllabus of the GAT exam is different for different courses. However the detailed specification of the syllabus includes subjects like Physics Chemistry and Mathematics prescribed by CBSE for XIth and XIIth standards. However, extensive preparation on topics is required to be done by candidates to crack GAT 2023.

1 to 2 hour gap is given between the Maths paper and GAT paper. Usually the Maths paper is held during the morning time between 10 to 12:30 pm and then after some break of 1 to 2 hours they conduct the GAT paper.
