In order to admit GNM Nursing, you must have passed 10+2 with minimum 40-50 percent, preferably Science in PCB combination and one of the optional subjects, English. The age is usually 17-35. The way of admission differs in this aspect: some states have state-level entrance exams (e.g. UP, Bihar, WB), and some are based on merit which is based on 12 th -grade marks only.
