At Goethe University, international students, including Indian students can get a scholarship of 500 euros per month for up to 6 months. To apply, Indian students must be working on their final exams or thesis, and they need written confirmation from the examination office.
For the DAAD Scholarship for International Graduates, and Undergraduates, students need to apply within 15 months of arriving in Germany. Indian students looking to apply for scholarship can also apply through the German embassy in their home country.

Indian students at the University of Goethe find part-time jobs mostly as English language tutors, support staff at a cafe or restaurant, and production assistants in an industry among others. Please note that international students studying at the University of Goethe are only allowed to work for 120 full days or 240 half days in an year.

One should cost as a big factor courses like M.A.Goethe University is definitely a better choice but one give preference to Presidency college as the cost would he low.
M.A from any top ranked NIRF university ( top 50 -60 ) would be a good choice .Also you can explore the options of distance M.A.
