The Studentenwerk manages more than hald of the dorms in Frankfurt. 17 dorms offer more than 1,850 rooms for Goethe University students. However, housing in dorms is limited and many students want to check out the private accommodation. The accommodation rent in Frankfurt can be between Euros 230 - Euros 700 per month.

Various sports facilities and classes are offered through the Center for University Sports at Goethe Uni Frankfurt. The university offers 40+ sports including Basketball, Badminton, Fencing, Rowing, Judo, Track & Field, etc. A large fitness center with the state-of-the-art facilities is also there. There are organized excursions and courses in sailing, climbing, hiking, etc.
