Students looking to enrol into Government College of Engineering, Ratnagiri BTech courses must check if they fulfil the eligibility criteria. The criteria require students to pass Class 12 with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of Chemistry or Biotechnology, or another relevant subject. Moreover, students must have obtained at least 45% marks (at least 40% for reserved category students).

At the time Government College of Engineering, Ratnagiri, students are required to submit certain documents for verification. No, Does Government College of Engineering, Ratnagiri, does not accept offline applications. Students must apply online in all stages of the admission process. As admissions are entrance-based, the online application starts with registering for the entrance exam itself. It is followed by registering for CAP and finally at the official website of the college. However, students may still connect with the admission desk of the college to confirm the same.

Once the exam results are out, students need to register on the CAP portal and fill in the college + course preference. No, you can't join the Government College of Engineering, Ratnagiri, without an entrance examination. The college offers BTech at the undergraduate level. Admission to the course is purely entrance-based. Hence, students must ensure that they appear for he accepted exam i.e., MHT CET and secure a non-zero positive score in the same. Though the college admits students directly in the second year through the lateral entry, the process is still carried out via CAP.
