Your question is not enough. If you want to transfer from one to another Polytechnic after completing Ist year, then you can go for it. Transfer between the state polytechnics are very common. Hence, ask your principal and submit your transfer request.

Yes, it is possible to change your Diploma college in 2nd year. You have to get the permission from both the colleges and if they allows then you have to get your migration and transfer certificate from the present college.

It is somewhat correct. However, 5% of seats are filled through the Institute level quota. The eligible students of other education boards can be availed this quota. These seats are filled ups by the concerned Polytechnic college.

The candidates looking for Direct Polytechnic Admission 2020 either in the first year or 2nd second year (lateral entry) but they are not aware of the same due to lack of proper guidelines.

Yes you can take transfer from Govt Polytechnic Nagpur to Govt. Polytechnic Pune. Inter transfer in Govt Polytechnics are very often and takes place at the ends of every year. Please contact to your HOD or Principal regarding this and explain them to your problems and fill the required transfer form. Your college will take appropriate decision regarding this.

No Diploma is equivalent to graduation, one should go for degree programs. Then only you can do advance studies eg: PG and Ph.D.
