Hi,
It is now mandatory to maintain 75% attendance in Schools & Colleges. Some Colleges are so strict that they do not issue admit card, if attendance is below 75%. Sometimes one might get detained even.
Even in Government Polytechnic Pune - Attendance is must.

Total fees of Diploma in mechanical engineering is Rs. 22,850. Hostel fees not specified, because it is on merit basis. Wish you good luck.
