Yes, it is possible to study at a global university if you have a low GPA. While it is very difficult to get selected into a top-ranked university, Shiksha counsellors might help you in getting selected into any low-ranked university. Along with the GPA, the global universities value other areas of a student such as work experience, Test scores, prior research if any, and extracurricular activities participated by the student.

The Uni of Houston GPA requirements for UG and PG courses on a scale of 4 are given below as follows
- UG: 3.0 GPA
- PG: 3.0 GPA
- MBA course: 3.15 GPA

Alberta uni minimum requirement for GPA is 2.5 out of 4 however students should aim for a score over this as scoring a high GPA can create a positive impact on student applying. Refer to official uni website for program specific score needs and try to have an all rounder profile to maximise chances

Every program at Loyalist College has a minimum passing grade of 50%. Also, a minimum 60% GPA is required for all certificate, diploma, advanced diploma, and graduate Diploma programs. BSU is one of the most recognised public research universities in the United States. Also, Ball State University will take a cumulative grade point average of 2.0-2.5 into account, but admission is not guaranteed. Moreover, the student must fulfil the eligibility criteria for admission to the university.

Case Western Reserve University expects a cumulative GPA of 3.6 or higher on a scale of 4 from international students. Along with this, students must submit their high school transcripts, standardized scores (test option), English language test scores, letter of recommendation, essay, and resume.

To take admission to MTSU, the applicants are required to meet the GPA requirements as well. For graduate courses, a minimum GPA of 2.75 is required for admission. Though, for international undergraduate students, MTSU University has not specified the minimum GPA requirements, but, it has specified the GPA requirements for freshman students. So, as per that, a minimum GPA of 3.0 is required or ACT score of 22 / SAT score of 1100.
If students do not meet these UG requirements, then a minimum 2.7 GPA + ACT score of 19 / SAT score of 990 is required.
