I’m sorry but I couldn’t find any information regarding the restrictions in girls' hostel regarding phone use and hostel timings to go out at Grant Government Medical College. However, I found an article that says that the Kerala government has issued an order putting an end to gender discrimination in the restrictions imposed on UG students at the hostels in the medical and dental colleges. Both girl and boy students can enter the hostel after 9.30 pm by entering the details in the movement register, as per the order. This is applicable to students from second year onwards. The cutoff trend for Medical courses at Grant Medical College has seen an increase in the recent few years. In 2021, the closing rank for Medical courses under General category for all India quota was 649. In 2022, it increased to 10,696. Likewise, the cut off ranks have changed from 1242 to 13978 for OBC, 8953 to 48971 for SC, 16903 to 195654 for ST, 1283 to 8454 for EWS, and 57359 to 391376 for PWD. Grant Medical College will release 4-5 rounds of NEET cutoffs for admission to medical courses. The cutoffs will be released on a rolling basis, and the seats will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. The cutoffs will be based on the following factors:
- The NEET score of the candidate
- The category of the candidate
- The number of seats available in the course
