Established in the year 1845, Grant Government Medical College, Mumbai with its wide variety of choices, offers to its students’ specializations in various fields such as Cardiology, Neurology, Biochemistry, Perfusion, Radiology, Anatomy, etc. This helps train the students for better job opportunities in future and join some of the top hospitals to give services. GGMC does not hold any special placement process for its students, however, 1- year internships with stipend are provided to students at Sir JJ Group of Hospitals after the course completion. After the internships, students can join their preferred hospitals for job opportunities.

For BSc Admissions at Grant Government Medical College, Mumbai candidates are required to fulfill the eligibility criteria which state that candidates should have completed matriculation and intermediate in Science examination from any institute situated in Maharashtra. An online application form will be released on the official website of the college through which the candidates can take the admission process further. Fill up and submit the application form before the due date and make payment which is also online. A provisional merit list will be uploaded by the college followed by a final merit list and selection list of candidates. If a candidate’s name does not appear on the merit list after 2-3 rounds, they can wait for the mop-up round.
