You have to complete class XII and then do the graphic designing undergraduate course from NIFT, NID, Pearl Academy or any other institute.
After 10th, you can do short-term diploma courses. But, they are not going to fetch you good jobs unless you plan to do freelance.
For in-depth knowledge, you should take up undergraduate course.

It is better to complete your degree first and then go for PG diploma in graphic designing from any place of your choice. It will lead to better job opportunities.
