If it is just for certificate, you may join any institue. Do check the fee as well in two or three institutes. Jobs in graphics and web design or animation does not require specific certificate. Skill is required. That is it.

Yes, you can go for graphic designing. You should be really good at sketching and drawing work especially in handling grading pencils. Most importantly, you should know to work on the computer as that is the main thing a graphic designer has to do.

But, if you are specifically looking for softwares oriented courses, then you should go for graphic designing or animation film designing or film and video communication offered from NID. And fashion communication by NIFT.
