Any good university will seek GMAT score. Chances could be there for MIM without GMAT. Also, in Canada you can check if SPP colleges/universities offers a MBA Pharma, they generally don't require the GMAT. Alternatively, you can check PGDM or Graduate Certificate courses.

GRE is the general test required for entry into most US graduation schools. It's pretty much the SAT for graduation school. If you're applying to any Masters or Ph.D. programs in the US, then you'll most likely need to take this test.
