Of course, there are a handful of courses which doesn't require your GMAT or GRE score. There are courses which require more than just your scores in GMAT and GRE. Sometimes, if you are part of the research project during your undergraduate programme, then that would be an added advantage for you or else a work experience will be worthwhile in securing an admission in the university you wish to get admitted. Check out this link for further reference of universities not accepting GRE and GMAT scores.

Hi Jalaj, practice makes it perfect, you must revise and practice regularly. Firstly, it is good to take a mock test before starting the preparation. You will know where you stand in the beginning. Then onwards make your routine, identify your areas of weakness and areas where you are good at. Mock tests must be taken once or twice a week and you should track your improvement. Many online materials are found on ETS website. Keep checking and practicing.

Hi,
Well, first to apply, you must hold a 4 year Bachelor's degree with very good academic grades. GRE is not always mandatory and you must take the GRE, only if the university asks for it. Check the university's websites for the admission requirements including GRE. To obtain a scholarship, since they are competitive and merit based you must have a very strong academic profile including research work, projects etc. Full scholarship is a very difficult thing to achieve and particularly or international students.
