SPJIMR does not accept home-based GRE test scores for its programs. Normally, the institute accepts scores from standardized tests such as CAT and GMAT for admissions into its PGDM programs. However, for the Global Management Program (GMP) at SPJIMR, one can submit GRE scores, but one needs to take that test from official test centers and not from home-based tests.
If you are applying to SPJIMR, it is important that your scores from GRE received from a certified testing center help you fulfill the eligibility criteria for an application.

The Analytical Writing section is scored between 0-6 in half-point increments, the Quantitative and Verbal Reasoning sections are scored between 130-170 points with 1-point increments. Your total GRE score is the sum of your scores from all three sections. For instance, if you score 145 on Verbal Reasoning, 150 on Quantitative Reasoning, and 4.5 on Analytical Writing, your total GRE score would be 299.5

The ideal score depends on the university you are targeting for admission. You have to get 320 or above out of 340, for getting easy admission in to the top universities worldwide. Keep in mind that score equal to or above 75 percentile is considered good enough to apply for admission.
