Great Lakes is a reputed B-School, it is highly unlikely that it would accept any kind of donations. The admission process is followed purely on the basis of merit.

The last date to apply was February 15, 2017. Yes, you can give GMAT and try next year.

No, Great lakes only accept CAT, XAT, GMAT and CMAT scores.

You need minimum 95 percentile to get a seat in Great Lakes Institute.

Yes, you can expect call from GLIM. After shortlisting, you need to face WAT-PI session. Based on your essay and PI, you will be finally shortlisted. You have a good academic profile, so you can expect a call. Good luck!
