Since you have work experience more than 2 years you are not eligible for PGDM program. You should do PGPM program of Great Lakes, which is designed for candidates having more than 24 months of work experience.

There is no formal cutoff. Overall profile i.e your 10th standard marks, 12th, UG, work experince(in any) is considered will shortlisting the candidate.

Yes, you can apply to PGDM program. There is no formal cutoff, a candidate is selected based on his profile and his performance in the personal interview round.

Great Lakes, Chennai and K J Somaiya are equally good institutes. Great Lakes is ranked higher than KJSIMR. Some of the important points while selecting an institute - Accreditation of the institute, institute's infrastructure, teaching faculty, specialization offered, past placements records, tuition fees, city preference, and industry interface. As both, the institutes are having the campus in different cities Mumbai and Chennai. Industry exposure is good for students in either of the college.
