The National Institute of Mass Communication and Journalism (NIMCJ) in Ahmedabad offers a Master of Journalism and Mass Communication (MJMC) program. Total 60 seats are available for MJMC ( Masters at Journalism and Mass Communication) at NIMCJ Ahmedabad. However, the program is a 2-year full-time course with tuition fees of INR 2.40 Lakhs and course fees of INR 2,00,000. Additionally, students are required to have a minimum score of 50% for admission to the MJMC program.

BJMC admissions 2023 are either done through a university level entrance exam or on the basis of merit acquired by the candidate in their 10+2 ( Minimum 50%).

CUCET, CUET, LPU, NEST are some entrance examinations to BJMC course.

NIMCJ Ahmedabad conducts its own entrance i.e, MACJET for admission to the institution for BJMC and other post graduate Diploma (PGDMCJ) in Mass Communication and Journalism. The entrance is held through online mode whose application form and payment can be  submitted through online only before the deadline published by the institution. 

The entrance is usually held between the month of MARCH - MAY.

The average annual fee for a Master of Science (M.Sc.) course at Shri Govind Guru University (SGGU) in Godhra, Gujarat is INR1,448. The course is two years long. 

The university offers 24 courses. The lowest placement package is INR60,000 per year. 

SGGU was established in 2015 by the Government of Gujarat. The University Grants Commission (UGC) approved it in 2016.
