Each candidate has to fill the Online Application Form available on the University website. Navrachana University provides an interactive user interface for filling the application form. Candidates must submit a fee of Rs 1,000 at the time of filling the application form online on the official website of Navrachana University.

Well, the only difference in above three colleges that one is day and other both are evening also from my perspective PGDAV's crowd should be slightly better than both. Infrastructure of both is more and less the same.
Also I recommend you go for PGDAV for course like B.Com, and B.Com hons.
While Zakir Hussain is also a decent college while as I earlier said all the colleges are more or less come under same rankings so if you want to go for BA program courses a prefer Zakir Hussain.
also, I'm not against Ram Lal Anand college, all the colleges provide you with different kinds of exposure and environment.

Yes, of course you can apply for this college for B.A. MS. The college has a good teaching staff and infrastructure which all a student needs. It is also recognised by central and state government. Yes, it has a girls' hostel with mess facility.
