According to the previous year's MBBS cut-off, the expected cut-off for 2022 is 470 marks for the general category, 450 marks for OBC, 460 for EWS, 410 for SC, and 250 marks for ST.

IIIT Surat is shifting to new campus in July / August
due to this reason the answer below becomes obsolete , not much of help now
REVIEW AS OF DECEMBER 2019
I am currently in first year of IIIT Surat,Computer science branch, and here is the overview of my college so far-
CAMPUS AND INFRASTRUCTURE
Currently , our campus ai not ready so our college is functioning within SVNIT , and shares all of its campus resources like classrooms ,labs,sports facilities,gym,student clubs, hostels etc. However , we do have our own admin building, computer labs and electronics labs have been setup separately recently in this year itself .

Based on previous year's trends, admission to a government medical college with a score less than 400 in NEET UG is difficult, even with the Gujraat state quota for the OBC category for the MBBS course. Similarly, getting into a private college for MBBS generally requires you to score more than 300 marks in the NEET UG. However, with 296 marks, you have good chances of getting admission into private medical institutes for Bachelor of Dental Surgery courses. Ahmedabad Institute of Nursing Sciences is an Indian Nursing Council and Gujarat Nursing Council-recognized institute. It is affiliated with Gujarat University and is run by the Garavi Gujarat Medical & Educational Foundation.
The institute provides admission to 60 seats in the Bachelor of Science in Nursing. The fee for this course is charged as per Fee Regulatory Committee (Medical) Gujarat State norms (academic year 2021-2023).
For government quota seats, the total fee is Rs. 96,000 per year.
