No. Renewal students log in with their existing account and select the renewal form. Only first time fresh and delayed applicants need to complete registration.

No. The scheme asks for 80 percentile in 10th Class or 12th Class. Percentile compares your result with all students who wrote the exam, so it is not the same as percentage.
