I don't think that is possible for engineering colleges in India. You will have to start from the first year in any college that you chose to admission in.

Hi,
In NATA 2019 regulations, you have to secure at least 50% Marks in physics, chemistry and mathematics and an aggregate of at least 50% marks in board examinations of 12th.

ICT is the best college in all the colleges you have mentioned above as this college is best in terms of placements and also this college has the best faculty in comparison of all these colleges.
