Bachelor of Education (Three Years Duration Course) Offered by any College/ University should be recognized by the National Council for Teacher Education, Government of India. It's approval is at National Level. Colleges get Local University approval only to run the course. If it is not approved by NCTE, then it becomes a fake degree.

If you are doing any job and also wants to do complete your education, then I would suggest you to go for distance education you can do distance M.Sc in that you don't need to attained classes you only need to go for exams.
