College change or university change after first year is completely dependent on college and university norms, some university allow it and some won't plus you need to have good scores in first year to apply for the same. For further details, contact the college authorities.

Hello! Unfortunately, at that low score, one cannot get even a decent college anywhere in India. And the ones you might get won't simply be worth it. The CMAT cutoffs of all reputed colleges are generally 85 percentile and above. I suggest you to either reappear for CMAT next year or focus on the ot
