Normally, MS University, cut-off is 150. But anyway, you can apply, and wait and see the same because we cannot exactly predict the cut-off.

With the marks you are mentioning, you are definitely eligible to appear for GUJCET exam. There are many colleges in Gujarat that offer CSE course. A student can appear for improvement examination in the same board where he/she had appeared in the first attempt and not from any other board. Therefore, in your case, you can appear for improvement examination from Gujarat State Board and not from CBSE. I hope this answers your question. If you have any further questions, kindly revert.
