Admission to engineering colleges in Gujarat is done via entrance examination, so if you have not appeared for any entrance test, it will be difficult to secure a seat in any engineering college in the state. Entrance examinations accepted for admission to engineering colleges in Gujarat are mentioned below:
1) GUJ-CET
2) JEE Mains

I have less idea about the government colleges, but as per me, Nirma University and PDPU are good for chemical engineering.

There is no set cut-off as the admission process is done through entrance test conducted for the BBA programme only.
