I don't know much about Gujrat, but talking about Mumbai, You can look for the following two-
1. Jamanalal Bajaj Institute Management Studies(Fees- 6 lacs and average CTC- 18+ lacs)
2. Sydenham Institute of Management Studies, Research and Entrepreneurship Education (SIMSREE)
(Fees- 1.4 lacs and average CTC- 10.8 lacs)

Eligibility requirements for M.Sc in Forensic Science course may vary slightly with University. Usually science graduates are eligible to seek admission to the course. Gujarat Forensic Sciences University insists bachelor degree in science/ engineering / pharmacy/medicine for admission. The degree must be obtained from a recognized University with minimum 50% marks. B.Sc holders with minimum 60% marks can seek admission in Amity University as well as in Maharshi Dayanand University. In the same way science graduates in any of the following streams (or equivalent) can look for admission in Institute of Forensic Science and Criminology.

Currently St. Xavier's, Ahmadabad is under Gujarat University and only after a year it will become autonomous. That's the reason the course is too novice. According to me computer science is a field where extra courses and certifications that focus on developing skill are more important and thus a decent college would do the need.
