Hello Harsh,
Yes, JEE merit is considered while calculating the merit list for engineering seats for Gujarat quota. It is unclear to me in which context are you trying to ask. If Diploma to degree is considered then the details of the merit list and admission are as follows-

Hi Dear, For MBBS admission in a private medical college, your score shouldn't be less than 350 for general category. Below this score, you may not get any college.

10+2 or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in mathematics and physics. (If you don't have physics & maths in 10+2 you have an option of doing these two subjects from National Institute of Open Schoolings On-Demand Examinations and can still start your Pilot training course. Visit www.nios.ac.in for details)
At least 16 years of age to start pilot training. Vision in one eye must be perfect. (6/6 eyesight) In the other eye, you could have an imperfection of 6/9, which must be correctable to 6/6. You must be free of any disease that can hamper normal function.

Hi,
To become a commercial pilot:
You need to first possess a student pilot license. You must be over 17 years of age and have completed class 12th with science (physics and mathematics) with 50%.
Your vision in one eye must be perfect. In general medical terminology, it is called 6/6 eyesight. In the other eye, you could have an imperfection of 6/9, which must be correctable to 6/6.
General physical fitness is mandatory. You must be free of any disease that can hamper normal function.
You need to register at a flying club which is recognized by Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), Government of India.

Sorry to say but you haven't cleared JEE Mains required cutoff. So there is no way to get a good college. You may get admission in any private college on the basis of 12th score.
