Hello Kriva,
There are many colleges in Gujarat that offer B.Sc in biology but according to my search, only two institutes offer B.Sc in cell and molecular biology.
They are Dr. Vikram Sarabhai Institute of Cell and Molecular Biology and Maharaja Sayajirao University, Baroda
Their websites are:
1) http://vsicmb-msu.org/Teaching_Program.aspx
2) www.msubaroda.ac.in
