you look at the status of Both! You'll know that Jamia Mila University is far better in exposure, placements an technological background. GO for Jamia definitely! as for computer Science jamia millia is definitely better than any of the IPU colleges but for other streams usit CSE and It are definitely comparable.

In Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, better known as IPU or GGSIPU, there’s a 75 per cent reservation for Delhi students. Delhi students are those students who have completed their Class 12 from a school which is in Delhi. The remaining 25 per cent seats are for students from all over India. So, Delhi general refers to those students who passed their school from Delhi but are in the General category while All India general refers to the students who have passed their school from anywhere but Delhi and are from the General category.
